The banquet will be held on Monday, June 2nd at Sam's of Gedney Way in White Plains (it is right next to Rooster's Market). The time is 6:30-10:30pm.  Dress is formal.  Speak to other students who have attended for a better idea.  The cost is $45 per person and includes dinner, DJ, beverages, and dessert.   Please mail checks (see address below) or bring cash to my office prior to the event.  I must pay for the event ahead of time!!!  Please make checks payable to Cash. 

 

Rehearsals for the High School Theatre Awards performance will be as follows:  Wed. June 4th at 3:30pm and Monday June 9th at 3:30pm.  You must be present for the rehearsals to perform the night of the awards show.

 

The awards show is Tuesday, June 10th.  You will need to be at the school by 3:30pm prepared to change into costume.  We will be leaving the school by 4:30pm to make our way to Peekskill.  The show ends at 10pm and we should arrive home by 11pm.  You will then need to change out of your costume.  Advise parents that your pick-up time will be approximately 11:15pm at Stepinac.

 

Tickets to perform and attend are $20 each.  This fee is charged by the group that runs the awards - not Stepinac.  Please arrive to the first rehearsal with the $20 in cash or check made payable to Cash.  You can send this to me by mail if you wish. 

If you do not plan on attending the awards show, let me know ASAP, so the production number (s) planned can be modified based upon the numbers attending.
